Ernesta Procope - Chairman
As founder of the company in 1953, Ms. Procope has led Bowman to become the largest minority-owned insurance brokerage in the country, with many Fortune 500 clients.
Harry Ennevor - President & CEO
Mr. Ennevor joined the firm in 1970. As one of the leading authorities on Group Travel insurance, he services many of the Fortune 500 clients of E. G. Bowman in that capacity.
James Tom - Sr. VP & Controller
Mr. Tom has been with the firm for 29 years. He is a CPA as well as a licensed Property & Casualty insurance broker.
Marjorie Young - VP
Ms. Young has over 30 years of experience in the insurance field and currently has been with Bowman for 9 years.
 
Arthur Kindred - VP
A former member of NYC government, Mr. Kindred provides a wealth of experience in all matters concerning municipal and state-related agencies.
Alice Vigo - Account Executive
Ms. Vigo has been in charge of Personal lines for Bowman, providing outstanding servicing to that line of insurance.
 
Joseph Beauvais - Account Executive
Mr. Beauvais, with the firm for 6 years, he handles the commercial policies for many of Bowman's mid-size companies.
Rosita Chang - Account Executive
Ms. Chang, a licensed Property & Casualty broker, handles the commercial policies for many of Bowman's mid-size companies.
Myrna Gaskin - Bonding Dept.
Ms. Gaskin has been with the firm for 23 years, and assists in acquiring bonds for clients.
Donna Payne - Bonding Dept.
Ms. Payne assists clients in acquiring bonds for their projects.
Gloria Fisher - Church Dept.
Ms. Fisher, with the firm for 22 years, handles many of the church accounts for Bowman.
Sandy Xue - Accounting
Ms. Xue, along with James Tom, manages all of the accounts receivables for Bowman.
Judi Levine - Office Manager
Ms. Levine is a licensed commercial Accident & Health broker as well as personal assistant to Ms. Procope & Mr. Ennevor.
Jessica Odil-Baril - Sales & Marketing
Ms. Baril is the former Consul-General for Barbados to New York. Her political experience will reap dividends in new business development.
Harry Nolan - Ph.D. - Loss Control Specialist
As a former NYC firefighter, Dr. Nolan brings an enormous amount of practical and theoretical knowledge to the discipline of Loss Control.
Pete Scala - Loss Control Specialist
A recognized expert in OSHA regulations, Mr. Scala utilizes many years of experience in the Safety arena.
Lenny Dyer - Loss Control Specialist
Mr. Dyer brings years of experience in Loss Control Building Safety Evaluations as well as field knowledge.
Roger Bennett - Loss Control Specialist
As a former member of NYC government, Mr. Bennett provides Bowman great experience in building codes and regulatory issues.
Jeff Lin - Director of Sales & Creative Services
Mr. Lin creates all promotional materials for Bowman, including Video, Powerpoint, and Internet marketing.
